I don’t just "ship features"—I build solutions that move the needle. With +4 years of hands-on experience in Product Management and Design, I’ve spent my time obsessing over internal systems (ERP/CRM/CDM) and supply chain puzzles.

I’m a firm believer in "Finding the signal in the noise." Whether it’s digging through BigQuery to find out why users are dropping off or using AI-first tools (what I call "Vibe Coding") to prototype a solution in hours instead of weeks, my goal is always the same: Deliver impact and fast.

1. VUCAR | Used Car Marketplace

Product Execution (PO/PM/Product Designer) | Nov 2024 - Present

The Mission: Rebuild the "brain" of the company—our Customer Data Management (CDM) and Lead Lifecycle with ERP/CRM.

The Hustle: I didn't stay behind a desk. I walked in the shoes of our Sales and Ops teams to feel their "pain points" regarding lead leakage.

• Used v0 & AI Studio to rapidly prototype internal tools, cutting down development time by 30%.
• Aligned the "languages" of our Business, Tech, and UX teams so everyone was solving the same problem.
• Deep-dived into user behavior using Mixpanel. Found out where the friction was in our checkout flow and fixed it.
• A/B Tested everything—from assumption leading by historical data and discovery.

The Win: Boosted overall Conversion Rate (CVR) from 10% to 13% and slashed the website churn rate from 60% to 40% within just 6 months. Optimization isn't a one-time thing.

2. BEANHOP | Coffee Trading & Service

Product Owner & Brand Lead | Aug 2023 - Oct 2024

The Mission: Transform a traditional coffee business into a digital-first, product-led brand.

The Hustle: Built an ERP system from scratch because "off-the-shelf" solutions didn't fit our unique supply chain.

• Digitizing Supply Chain Management Processes: Building an internal warehouse management and ERP system from scratch, standardizing production data and tracking customer history, directly improving operational efficiency and service personalization capabilities.
• Optimizing Digital Experience (UX/UI): Designing and implementing a web system synchronized with the brand identity, focusing on reducing friction in the ordering and payment process for end customers.

The Win: Created a seamless data flow that allows the team to act on leads instantly, reducing manual errors and improving execution speed.

2. COFFEERARY EVENT | Agency Event Service

UI/ UX Product Design | May 2022 - Aug 2023

Focus: Designing ticket-selling Landing Pages with a focus on UI aesthetics and conversion data.

• UI Design: Crafted modern, high-converting interfaces using strong Visual Hierarchy to guide user behavior toward ticket purchases.
• Data-Driven Design: Analyzed user heatmaps and behavior patterns to refine CTA placements, directly improving successful booking rates on both Mobile and Desktop.
